Roles and Responsibilities

• To support in the planning, design, build and maintain CEM's Transmission and Distribution Power Network comply with statutory and CEM requirements
• To plan CEM's network development including refurbishment, renewal, diversion, upgrading and reinforcement to provide adequate and reliable supply and to keep the integrity of CEM network
• To Establish good communications and co-operations with government and other utilities for CEM infrastructure development
• To control and monitor contractors to ensure they comply with CEM's contractual obligations
• To be responsible for the preventative maintenance of the public lighting network, including the associated equipment, in accordance with Government's requirement
   

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor degree or above in Electromechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience is preferred 
  • Holder of Professional Certifications such as Macau Certified Engineer, Certified First Aider will be an advantage
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Chinese Word Processing are mandatory
• Language Skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good command in Mandarin
• Others
  • Being professional, initiative, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with high team dynamics
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Possess driving license of light vehicle and Occupational Safety Card

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate all types of data within the department to support strategic and business planning
• Perform analytical studies on various application data to carter for ad-hoc and regular requests and, to identify area of improvement and provide solution
• Assume the role of coordinator to support the department projects, activities, and developments and act as a bridge to communicate with respective departments and external parties
• Prepare and perform departmental budgeting and policy review, ensure the conformity with the established procedures, regulations, and objective
• Communicate with team members, trainers, and management to deploy, organize, and monitor the training program and competence development
• Consolidate and prepare regular reports and ad-hoc report as requested by management

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Strategic Management or Statistics
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in related area is preferred
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Chinese Word Processing

  • Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage

• To coordinate and participate in the evaluation of application in regarding engineering work of Customer Installation, Maintenance and Projects
• To assist in the management of Metering related systems
• To provide engineering support including technical data collection, review and analysis
• To coordinate with contractors/service providers for the implementation, installation, testing and commissioning of Customer related installation

Requirements

• Qualification
