Regional power grid upgrade program
To reduce the impact on citizens’ daily commute, CEM has been actively cooperating with the inter-departmental road work coordination mechanism of the Macau SAR Government to avoid repeated road excavations and strictly control the duration and scope of road works to be carried out in an orderly manner.
Rua dos Bem Casados
To optimize the overall power grid upgrade planning of Rua dos Bem Casados, customers within the program area can now submit an application for increasing subscribed demand to CEM on or before 30 May, 2025 based on future power demand, so as to avoid longer application process due to repeated road excavations in the future.
Customers should be aware that the application for the increase of subscribed demand will involve cable connection fee, and the related works may require repair or upgrade due to the aging of communal electrical installations in the building.
Travessa dos Poços and Rua da Roseira
To optimize the overall power grid upgrade planning of Travessa dos Poços and Rua da Roseira, customers within the program area can now submit an application for increasing subscribed demand to CEM on or before 21 May, 2025 based on future power demand, so as to avoid longer application process due to repeated road excavations in the future.
Customers should be aware that the application for the increase of subscribed demand will involve cable connection fee, and the related works may require repair or upgrade due to the aging of communal electrical installations in the building.
