As the Chinese New Year is approaching, Companhia de Electricidade de Macau – CEM, S. A. (CEM) wishes all Macau citizens good health and happiness in the coming Year of the Sheep. To celebrate the Chinese New Year, CEM presents a Fai Chun with the greeting “Full of Joy” along with the electricity bill mailed to all customers during the festival period. In addition, energy saving tips are printed at the back of the Fai Chun to encourage customers to be eco-friendly while celebrating Chinese New Year.

Moreover, CEM specially offers exquisite Laisee envelopes to customers. Each pack contains 20 complimentary Laisee envelopes featuring CEM’s Mascot Power Boy and his new friends – Light Buzz, Vigor and Power Girl, wishing Happy Chinese New Year to Macau citizens. Starting from today, customers who apply for any service or settle payment at CEM’s Macau Customer Service Center at Estrada D. Maria II (office hours: 9:00am to 5:45pm from Monday to Friday) or Taipa Customer Service Centre at G/F, Lai Chun Kok, Supreme Flower City (office hours: 10:00am to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday) are entitled to a pack of Laisee envelopes. Each customer can get one pack for each patronage and the Laisee envelopes are available while stock lasts.

CEM has been striving for improving customer service and aims at providing stable and reliable power supply. Each year, CEM continuously enhances its operational efficiency and customer service level through substantial resources investment to uphold the well being of Macau community. In 2014, CEM launched new bill for Tariff Group A customers and set up Wi-Fi network in its customer service centers to improve customer service level. In the coming year, CEM will continue its efforts on providing outstanding customer services as well as stable and reliable power supply to all Macau citizens.
